Having been a BT customer for many years it was with some trepidation that we took the decision to move away from the incumbent supplier. BT were encouraging us to move to an IP based solution and Logical were able to offer a similar solution. Aware of our nervousness in moving to a smaller company, Logical arranged for the install company to visit the hotel where we could talk through the proposed solution, see the system, discuss the features, answer all our questions etc. This meeting was the key to our agreeing to change as it put to bed any fears and concerns we had about changing. The install was very smooth and considering the implications to the business, it was without interruption to services.
The system is wonderfully quiet, easy to use, adaptable to our needs and a fraction of the cost of the BT offering. The first bill illustrated the savings now achievable against the older system and customer support is just a telephone call or email away.
